May 31, 2017 — As we enter the second half of 2017, with summer officially starting June 20, there seems to be no slowing down for those wanting to make a difference in Arizona — be it political or charity-related.
 
One event is Cooking with the Godmothers 2017, which spotlights students in the Maricopa Center for Adolescent Parents program, will be held starting at noon Wednesday, May 31 at Child & Family Resources, 2830 W. Glendale Ave., Phoenix.
